Chapter 1

Brightmoon, a beautiful gray wolf with piercing blue eyes, is believed to be the only one who survives a ravaging forest fire. After hunters burn down her home and steal her packmates, Brightmoon gains an unlikely ally.

Soon after they begin searching for the hunters, Brightmoon realizes the world isn't all squirrels and rainbows. They try to survive on their own in a world they discover is run by the species who wants to kill them.

Will the loss of Brightmoon's pack lead to the extinction of herself?
