If a mental illness was like a broken leg, where you could see all the damage physically then would you all believe it exsisted? And not just pass it off as a phase?
If you could see the daily torture inside there head, would you offer support or just walk away?

Well thats the thing you cant see a mental illness, someone suffering depression, bipolar or even an eating disorder could be just a nother person on the streets, like you or me.

They could wear a smile by day, but by night could be stuck inside there thoughts unable to sleep with tears in there eyes.

A mental illness is not as simple as a broken leg, you cant always see the damage made.
