Hawkshaw Matsuoka Rin, renowned for his being an impressive sleuth despite his devil-may-care attitude. Has been assigned to a new case, a murder involving an nameless boy. But things take a turn when the boy's spirit appears before him and only he can see him. Now Rin continues to uncover the mystery behind the boy now called Mizuki, will they be able to face their own dark pasts before the case becomes cold? And will they both be able to move on and live?
