Chapter 1: A new Year

When a ridiculous bill is passed in the ministry of magic thousands of lives are changed forever. The Marriage law has been invented to purify the wizarding world of so-called 'squibs'. A test is taken by every wizard, to test compatibility. Muggle born wizards and purebloods get paired up, in the hope that they will keep the race from dying out.
