Duumvirian Elections

In the Solar System of Duumvirian, the Campaign for Lead-Ruler begins the second after the last Election is called. Despite the winning of an Election Campaign being the most sought after activity of all... the actual winner has no true authority, except the altering of rules that may affect the outcome of a future election campaign. The citizens of Duumvirian are locked in perpetual electioneering, campaigning and associated activities.
