Part 1

It's been three years since Scott Michael Foster and Elizabeth Lail dated. Today is the day of Elizabeth's wedding but not to Scott. She is marrying Julian Haig, her long time Australian boyfriend. What she thinks is her best day of her life actually turns into a nightmare when Scott gets into a horrible motorcycle accident. The accident puts him in coma. Secrets are revealed and memories are brought back to life. Could she help bring him back, or does Liz have to say her last goodbye?
