I stop pacing back and forth. I turn and stare at Iris. So beautiful and all mine...

Thump, thump, thump. All I hear is her heart beat and the blood flowing through her veins.

My fangs extend and my gums start to burn. Hunger fills me. She looks up at me and it makes me go even crazier. She looks like an innocent angel. Ready to be taken... By me.

"Just one bite" I mutter so low that I'm sure she couldn't hear.
