His sister had survived but ended up brutally murdered by her Uncle Peter when he wanted control over the Alpha position. Peter met an end quickly when up against Derek. But Derek has other plans creating a pack, those plans get muddled when a human girl walks into his life becomes Scott Mcall's Friend and friends of everyone else in the Mcall pack they may not be werewolves but when challenged they will show the true sadistic monster inside. But what's up with the new girl? Her names Andrea Matthews and just happens to be a lot of things that Derek ha not.
