(12:00 AM) April 4th, 2013

I lock the door to my apartment complex and sit on my old, scratched up couch and turn on the television to the news. I snuggle up on a blanket, and fall asleep, left alone with a vision of an amber alert spread across my small hometown, Durango, Colorado. I awaken in shock.
