CHAPTER ONE

Carter White moves to Queens, New York with his dad. He leave his girlfriend, Clarissa and all his friends back home in Canada. Now, in this new place, Carter meets a girl named Kadence Petrov. She is different and does not fall for him as easily as every other girl before had. He wants her more than anything, but will his motives ever change? Kadence is dealing with issues of her own and can't decide if being with Car is worth the trouble. She knows that Car is a player, but she doesn't think he'll change. Not even for her. What will happen when Carter falls in love with Kadence, but she can't seem to trust him enough to let her guard down? And is she right not to trust him? Will he ever change?
