Description
Alexis : a name normal, not too plain, but not heard too often. It described her perfectly. She had her own group of friends, and though she wasn’t popular she wasn’t really an outsider either. Everything about Alexis was like that, in the middle of two extremes. That is except for one incident in her past. When she was ten Alexis witnessed the murder of her mother, which seemed to be over something as silly as a necklace. However, it wasn’t silly at all. It takes a while for Alexis to try to erase what she saw. But once she begins to convince herself that it’s just going to go away, it does the opposite. Alexis is thrown back into her ten-year-old self, and has too many questions and not enough answers. What is the real story behind the teardrop necklace? And why does Peter Crow want it so badly? While Alexis is on the run from the evil man, she has everything to lose, and barely anything to gain.
