Samantha Koin never really felt like she fit in, but when she meets Liam at a concert she feels like someone understands her. The only problem their both leaving her summer home in 3 weeks, leaving from Long Island New York, back to Philly and Dublin. Can their shared love for music and each other reach across the ocean, or will they be forced to give up and go back to their lives before they met.
