What if Caroline didn't help Tyler through his first transition but a different girl instead. Kira is a girl that everybody knows but nobody talks to. She is that captain of two hight school varsity sports teams and is a cheerleader. Most people think she lives a normal life but she has secrets of her own. Tyler and Kira become the least likely of friends. Also Kira finds out something about her father that she didn't know before and that leaves everyone shocked.
