Frank is new to Belleville. The shy 17 year old newcomer. Gerard Arthur Way. He is different. The 18 year old rocker that listens to britpop, punk and grunge.

Gerard doesn't cause Frank any trouble at all apart from the fact that Frank gets an uneasy feeling about Gerard's presence... and the fact that Gerard is constantly hitting on Frank's best friend Hayley. In fact, Gerard respects Frank for his music taste and choice of style. However, Frank is also Gerard Way neighbour and Mikey Way's babysitter.

But when things get out of hand, Gerard has to face the fatality of moving away... 3,000 miles away...
