Chapter 1 "The Meeting"

Since Shay's death, Severide has been in a downward spiral going from woman to woman looking for any qualities of Shay in them.
With recent events at the Morrison Center for African-American Culture, the Firefighters of Chicago are being targeted and are in desperate need of help to stay safe while out on calls.
What happens when that protection is a woman who comes to protect Firehouse 51.
She takes the house and Severide by surprise.
