Megan went to school every day, but her mind wasn't always there. She was usually dreaming about One Direction or thinking about how she could impress her crush. Her thoughts were all over, and she didn't care... that is, until her parents found out about her D+ in precalc. They told her she had to get a tutor and raise her grade before the semester ended, or they would take away her 1D tickets.

Left without any choice, she goes to the office the next day to sign up for tutoring. Megan writes down her phone number for the tutor to contact her, hoping she won't get some loser. She walks out of the office and doesn't think about math again until she gets a text that night.
