She's been on Earth for a while, but she wasn't born here. You could say she's an alien and it wouldn't be a lie. For the past twelve years she has been looking over Kara Zor-El, or Danvers if you prefer the name she adopted. No one payed her any mind until she had to help Supergirl on a mission. Then, all hell broke loose.
