Description
It was just supposed to be a quiet weekend with her dad. While visiting her widowed and divorced father's home in historic Port Deposit, he directly orders Reyna Edith to stay away from the stairway carved into the cliffs- especially after sunset. Reyna has always had a curious nature, so of course she disobeys him and ventures up the stairway in the cliffs towards the trees. Soon, the river vanishes from sight and trees surround her. As Reyna goes deeper into the woods, the greenery becomes thicker and oddly enough, brighter too. Eventually, she can clearly see that these are not your average woods, and she finds herself lost in an enchanting new world of light and beauty. Yet she can't wrap her mind around one thing: Why would her father want to keep something so beautiful... Hidden? And why is the unicorn called Acadium so insistent that she return to her own world for her own safety?
