When a random girl falls ill and looks for a cure, doctors and Scientists try something new. And it works! A week later the girl is as good as new..but a month later, the girl discovers that she can control anything to do with water. Scientist think its impossible but dangerous and ensure the public it will not happen again.
However, things change when a boy survives a nuclear bomb without a scratch.
