1: Community Service

Sixteen-year-old Ava is passionate about volunteering at the local community center, where she hopes to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. However, despite her best efforts, Ava is struggling to connect with her assigned person at the center. She feels like an outsider in her own community and wonders if she has done something wrong for it to end that way.

Adding to her struggles, Ava is grappling with her own internal conflicts. She's unsure of her identity and is afraid to confide in anyone for fear of being judged or rejected. As she navigates these challenges, she begins to question her own worth and whether she has anything meaningful to offer the world.
