When Vanessa Scotts Mum reveals the terrible news of her Job and unlitmately the disbalance of her life she soon needs to face the reality of her new one. Carlton Texas is a small country town with a well respected and valued high school football team, the Carlton Cougars. After the small town of Carlton feels the effects of a decreasing economy the Football team helps unite and keep the community in good spritis. When Vanessa's Mum, Pam Scott loses her job as Vice-principle at LA high she finds a new job that requires a drastic change for the family.
