Once you are paired, there is no backing out This system was made to regulate human tendencies and interactions and keep life as we know it flawless and steady. The Partners are a new kind of life, created and programmed in a lab, made perfectly to mirror a human being, only with certain beneficial modifications that have been adjusted to pass down throughout the generations. In this, the Creators seem to have succeeded, creating a race of humans that are part computer. Learning to manipulate them was a piece of cake. That is, until a certain Nico di Angelo finds a loophole. Love. Real love.
