Mistuki is the ONLY child of Orochimaru, one of the original legendary Sannin. Orochimaru sends his son to Konoha to have a normal life and that he will be safe from any enemies to try and kill him.

Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and their children (Boruto and Sarada) are out on a mission to bring Orochimaru back to Konoha by force if necessary
