Description
Grace lives in a post-apocalyptic, underpopulated world. To make up for this lack of population, teenagers are required to have children. If they don't or can't have kids, they're often jailed or punished brutally, depending on the circumstance. There are people in Grace's town that take this very seriously, and they will go to extreme measures to have kids. But Grace is different. She doesn't want kids anytime soon, she wants to live her life.Oh, and she's bisexual, which, to her mother, means she'll never have kids. Her best friend, Tony, is the only other person who understands her "oldschool" mindset. However, people like Hank will do anything to have a child, even rape the girls he deems 'fit' to be a mother. Tony and Grace have to find a way to live their lives while the threat of having children is hung over their heads.
