Since the futuristic year had begun, scientists had found out a chemical that can let humans have powers similar to a god but everything went wrong and they considered it as the 113 Virus. They tried to make countless medicines but none of them succeed. Kei, a teenager, is one of them as he had the power to lift things without even touching it. Those inflicted by the virus were called Espers in formal form but some of them forgot that term long ago and replaced it with Irregulars, an offensive term for someone like Kei.....
