Prologue

A story which follows a father, Caden, trying to get back to his daughter, Rhode. Leading a group of scavengers through a fallen world back to the safety of the bunker where his young daughter waits for him.
Caden travels with friend Erin, a fierce 21 year old fighting machine who speaks her mind; Buck a philosophy teacher who wishes he had never left the bunker; and Lee, an 18 year old man with tricks up his sleeve and a quiet persona.
