Jack Kelly has decided to take on as many acting jobs as he can physically handle. He's the top actor in the world and at the pace he's going, he's not about to lose that title. After a year of nonstop travel and performing, Jack finds himself on location in a small town in Georgia. It's stifling hot and the local chef Kate is about to show him that life isn't a race, but a journey to be savored.
