Chapter one

It's been exactly one year and 51 days since the angels invaded.
236 days since Mom died.
73 days since Dad ran off.
It was day 416 and everything that
had happened was nothing compared to this.

Lucy was only 16 when the angels decided to come down from the heavens. She's now 17 living at one of the resistance camps.

But when Lucy's only older brother Max is taken on one of the angels Lucy refuses to let him go so easily. So she does the one thing she never thought she would do. She makes a deal with the enemy.
