Her name is Ichihara Ichigo. She's an immortal human with a mysterious power. After the defeat of the green King, she became bored and reset the time to before Tatara Totsuka was killed. All the kings and clansmans have no idea what happened, but they all still have the memories from the alternate future. But they have no idea who caused time to reset itself.
