For bronzes, that was difficult, we go to work and then go home, or went to war and prayed that one day we could go home to see our families. But I couldn't live like that, I wasn't born like that. So how do I live? I work and went home, but every day I tried to live like it was my last because lately it very well could have been. Bronzes have no power. Silvers have amazing powers and rule over us. That's the way it's always been, until recently. Bronzes started being born with powers, but we kept it hidden. Kept it quiet, until one of us didn't. I'm Skylar Lucian and I'm 18 years old, I have a job so I don't worry about the war much. But I, I am far from normal, been that way most of my life. So I try to live as normal as I could. That is until Rose Loera spoke out and made me realize that he couldn't just stand by and let the world keep going as it was. I wasn't normal, so I wasn't going to live like it. So my decision? Join the rebels, the idea was easier that it actually was. And when I got there? Don't get me started.
