Stephanie hated to see her sister cry. Jael was her life, her world, her everything. Even though Stephanie had pain on her chest, her sister eased it in someway. Mama was never there. Daddy left bcuz he didn't know how to stop running. So Jael was all Stephanie had. Never once did she like seeing Her Tears.

Stephanie James is 16 going on 17 and she's go out with August Alsina before he became famous. She's going through a lot of stuff in her household and her life. Eventually her mother gets tired of her and sends her to live with her dad which causes her popularity status, relationship and some of her friendships to fail.
