Description
The ruler of The Dry Lands once made an agreement with the ruler of The Sea that decided Kai's path in life before he was even born. The agreement stated that when the rulers' firstborns had both reached the age of 18 the children would be married in order to ensure harmony between the two villages. Kai is the firstborn child of the ruler of The Dry Lands, and he has now turned 18. This is the story of Kai's journey to The Sea and what he discovers when he arrives there. He will be faced with lies that will threaten to tear him apart, obstacles that will make him question who he is, and a chance at love that he's never before imagined nor thought he wanted. Kai may not have decided his path in life, but he will be forced to decide the person that he is to become.
