Rae had been from foster home to foster home since her mom died nearly a year ago, she just got pulled out of her last home because the abusive foster father got caught. Her social worker found Rae's long lost brother and father who no one knew about. Now she is getting sent to live with them...her brother though is Louis Tomlinson.
