What do you do when you find out that she isn't dead?

After all these years, I thought she was six feet underground. I thought she was gone. I thought she was dead. Now in the hospital and she's alive. However she's not in the best condition at all. She's afraid of me, she's afraid of everyone. She's not the green eyed cheery girl I remember. Now that she's back, I'm going to help her. No matter what. But as I help her get back on her feet am I falling for her all over again.
