Dan Howell is one of those who desperately needs courage, but has know way of getting it. He needs the strength to continue trying in his shitty life, but doesn't have that ability. What happens when he's partnered with a courage giving walking sunshine in an English project? Can this sunshine give him the courage he needs to survive?

Phil Lester is known around Lakewood high to give courage to those who need it. When he's partnered with Dan Howell, a bullied kid in desperate need of courage, he makes it his goal to give this kid the courage he needs. Will he succeed?
