A young girl from a royal family is sent to an asylum overseas. Her family cuts ties with her, so she begins a dark journey in her life while isolated from those she loved. She meets another girl during her stay and finds meaning again. Together, they plan to change things for the better. But will the tyrannical Doctor let them?
