Each year four choose groups of teens are chosen to travel beyond the walls of their city on a journey filled with hideous monsters, unworldly tasks, loss, death, to save what is left of the world they know. They must travel to the god of life and only then can they save the world. Bravery, loyalty, smarts, bold, and strong. Clara, one small 17 year old girl, choose to be one of the four teens to fill the journey, but why? She's not brave, shes not smart, and God knows she's not strong, she's just Clara, the girl who shy's away from a fight, the one who stays to herself and likes it that way, so why was she chosen for the journey?
