Valerie is a 13 year old girl from Puerto Rico who moves to Virginia , her mom was transferred from her company. She was a dancer and had trouble making friends. But it may be different when she arrives at Langston Water James High School and falls into a hazel/green eye boy who was the most popular guy! He was playing truth or dare with his friends he dared to date Valerie. Will he fall for Valerie or will he be with Carol?
