Everyone but Us: Prolouge

Layla and Duke are two completely different people. But when their paths cross and a friendship blooms, everything seems to be fall right into place. Everything except for everyone else seems to think that Layla and Duke aren't good for each other. As Layla discovers who her true friends are, Duke is discovering that his wealth isn't exactly what he thinks it is.
