Kame Hara is a normal teenage girl except for one thing, she has Leukaemia. Touma Kikuchi is a normal young adult except for one thing, he's a very popular record selling solo artist. Kame is granted a once in a life time opportunity curtesy of the Make a Wish foundation, which she uses to meet her celebrity crush, none other than the famous Touma Kikuchi. What happens when these two meet? Is Touma really everything Kame has known him to be through the public eye? And will this really be Kame's last dying wish?
