Her life as a teenager..

"Mommy, where's daddy?"

She looks at me with soft eyes.

"Baby I don't know. But it's okay. I'm here."

All I can see is the tears rolling off her face. I wish I could tell her he would come back to her, to love her and care for her, but I don't think he really will. Will he ever change for her? I can only hope for the best. But i can't promise that he will ever do her good...
