Simple: she goes by Franny now, and hides her horns (and surgery scars) from the population of the town she's moved into. She would have moved into a different part of Hell instead of moving up to Earth, but that's not far enough from her brothers, who oppose everything she does. A new change means a new change, right? Unless that means finding out your brothers hired people to make you go back to Hell, and always being a damsel in distress when a girl named Michelle is around to beat the shit out of them, Franny's pretty sure she'll have to shake off her past for a long time before she can start her life over the way she wants.
