Life in the City

Mai's world is filled with sadness and loneliness .But one day all that is multiplied when her mother is diagnosed with cancer and dies only one week later. Mai's perfect little world shatters even more when her father decides that she must move from New York all the way to Maine with him . As she settles with someone she barely knows in Maine , Mai hears stories of an enchanted forest nearby. And with nothing to do during her summer vacation, no mother and no friends, Mai sets out on a grand adventure to discover the secrets of the forest.
