Phil is a normal guy (until he sees a vision of a tornado and finding out that he could manipulate time after saving his best friend from 5 years ago and going through a lot of crazy shit) that comes back to his home town, Arcadia Bay to study photography with the famous Mark Jefferson at Black Well Academy after discovering his passion and talent on taking pictures.

This is obviously a Phanfiction based on the amazing game Life is strange, I just thought it would be a great idea to combine one of my two favorite things into one. I hope you guys like it<3
