Prologue

Liam and Fae have been best friends since their birth. Liam is the alpha's only son and Fae is the youngest daughter of the pack's beta. Liam was 4 years old when he first saw Fae, and he has loved her ever since. Fae has always been with Liam. She has never known any different.
After Liam turns 16, he is sent away for alpha training by the Grand Council. During his absence, Fae is bullied by the girls of the pack that are jealous of the attention she has received from the future alpha.
Four years have passed, and Liam returns to find that his best friend is a shell of the girl that he once knew. Can Liam bring Fae out of her shell once more and break down the walls that she has built around her heart?
