Basically in this story Naruto is gonna be smart and he already figured out that he is the jinchuriki of the nine tailed fox and he also found out his heritage. Also in this story Sasuke is a girl and Naruto will be the one to have a lot of fan girls.
Also this is my first book so please bear with me. And I don't own Naruto just the plot
