Meiko is, what she considers to be, just your ordinary girl enrolled at an ordinary high school with her not-so-ordinary friends: popular Miku, fashionable Luka, adventurous Gumi, mischievous Rin and her playboy twin brother Len, samurai-wannabe Gakupo, and the sweet-natured Kaito. Up until now, Meiko and Kaito have been nothing more than good friends. But now that the two are hanging out together more often, Meiko has developed feelings for him, despite her persistent denial of them.
