In a dog-eats-dog world, the Silverfyns rank at the top of demon world's food chain and as the leader of the Silverfyns, Keene gets to claim the throne. But when a female nightwalker, a race of demon thought to have been extinct, attacks some of his clan and kills two of his best warriors, he seeks her out, only to discover she's much more than he thought she was.
Enslaved to a powerful vampire, Kaida's life is a ceaseless parade of absolute misery.
