The year is 2375 and seeing a girl is about as rare as being struck by lightning. After a plague swept through causing women to lose their ability to give birth to female children, women have been kept in factories and kept pregnant since their first menstrual cycle. Girl children are kept with their mother until their own menstrual cycle begins and then are taken to another part of the factory. 15 year old Alice has a near impossibility, a 12 year old sister- who just started her cycle. Scared, Alice takes her sister Emma and makes a run for it. With the love of family, a huge helping of girl power, and a whole gotta luck, these girls can make it- do they have what it takes?
