About 4-5 years after the death of Kakuzu, Nami lost all contact with the akatsuki as she assimilated back into the leaf village. Since then, many things changed in the village of Konohagakure. Naruto was to be named hokage soon. Kakashi in a relationship with someone close to Nami. Even a few in the village were well on the way to having(or had) a child. On top of that, Nami was about to get on board for another large change in her life. Finding the ONLY tie to her akatsuki affiliated past life.
